Tiered batik skirt for Sara the Librarian

• I'd previously adapted this, but this time I accidentally put the waist band into the middle tier! I ended up just adding some gathers b/c I didn't want to take it out again. Tiers are hard and I still don't think I've got this pattern altered quite right.
• Fabric
• Using leftover batiks from the purple skirt I previously made for Sara and the dark blue one I made for myself.

I'll have 7 of these, about 10x10 inches, when I'm finished. They're all varying configurations of the same pattern and the three fabrics.

Scrap/strip quilt

For a long, long time I worked on a sort of modified log cabin quilt, started when I was a teen, made of 1" strips in 4, 5, and 6" lengths. It grew extremely slowly and as I put together the strips it sort of... twisted. I finally decided, today, to cut it into squares. Eventually I'll make another scrap quilt with the squares. I ended up with... 15? 20? 10? They're in a pile.

Random quilt tops

I might add to these later. I know I've got more ladybug fabric, but I'm not sure about the red pattern. The second quilt is very old fabric - pretty sure that's all of it and I haven't found anything that matches well yet. The last is a mix of big and small squares - I'm not sure if I'm leaving it on its own or adding it to a scrap quilt.

Potpourri bags

Now I just need lemon and citrus-scented potpourri... haven't found any yet. They are waiting to be filled and sewed up.

I should think of something to do with these... anybody want a present?

Mini crochet hat

I was trying to make another hat and it shrunk! Maybe a baby hat, but it's not really baby yarn. Doll hat? Bowl?
