Underwater Applique Quilt part 2

2nd part, I added fish to the quilt squares. Batiks from Patched Works, silky Gutterman thread, I fiddled a lot with different stitches and ended up with an interlocking one for the larger fish (which took forever) and just a plain stitch for the smaller pieces. Next to add is the seaweed, then more fish, then put all the pieces together, then a backing, and finally binding!

Green crocheted bag

I whipped up this little green and white bag to hold a couple things in my outreach bag.

Muffin bag

I crocheted a muffin bag. I just like the shape of it! The bottom was a sort of rounded square, then I decreased and added a kind of tunnel. The top has loops so you can drawstring it closed.

Quilted panel

I bought three pieces of this panel. I'm going to use the other two to make a bag, but this one I put a figured white backing and a thin sheet of batting and then just free-style quilted it. I need to bind it and I picked out a lace for the edge, but I'm hoping my mom will do it for me!

Flannel quilt

I used up the rest of my bunny felt and some green and blue to make this small quilt. I left the corner open - when I decide who to gift it to they can stuff it and make it a pillow if they want, or a doll quilt. It's about 15x20 inches (very roughly, I am not good at estimating sizes)

Garden square bag

I made this one to keep pens and tissues in my bigger bag. I sewed together pre-printed squares and muslin squares. I mean to make it a drawstring, but it didn't work out so I just put in two separate strings.
