I bought black pearl rice by mistake (I had meant to get wild rice) and I wanted to use it up. The taste is ok, but I don't really like how it sort of leaks black juice over everything. This soup includes:
- Two large cans of chicken broth
- Black pearl rice
- Brown rice
- Package of chicken
- 1 leek
- Buttercream potatoes
- Carrots
- Pearl onions
